2. Domain availability and pricing

Domain availability and prices can change without notice until a transaction is paid and secured. A displayed price is not a completed sale. SEB Domains will confirm the current owner-authorized transaction route before payment.

3. Offers

Submitting an offer does not create a binding agreement. An offer may be accepted, rejected or countered. Final terms are governed by the written agreement and the selected marketplace or escrow provider.

4. Secure transactions

Transactions may use GoDaddy, Atom, Sedo, Dynadot, Spaceship, Escrow.com or another mutually agreed provider. The buyer must verify the exact domain and transaction details on the provider before payment. Never send funds based only on an unverified message.

5. Buyer responsibility

The buyer is responsible for checking trademark rights, intended use, taxes, fees, platform rules and technical compatibility. Purchase of a domain does not guarantee traffic, rankings, revenue or freedom from third-party claims.

6. Agency services

Consulting and production services begin only after scope, fees, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed in writing. Unless expressly stated, estimates are not guarantees of search rankings, sales or business performance.

7. Intellectual property

SEB Domains branding, site design and original written materials may not be copied or republished without permission. Third-party marketplace names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

8. External services

Links to marketplaces and other services are provided for convenience. SEB Domains does not control their availability, security, fees, policies or content.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SEB Domains is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from reliance on general website information, third-party platforms or a buyer's failure to complete independent checks.
